If I'm leading this upcoming sale. I can understand not being too eager to PR the good news. Any pre-sale SP increase will only reduce the percentage increase I would be boasting about upon sale completion. I wouldn't feel guilty since in the end shareholders get the same amount and I would appear strong, shrewd,....
