I don't follow what you're saying .

All we hear about are aquisitions- with details to be released "soon"

The form 10 is supposedly coming " very soon"-- it's all those darn lawyers and the "quiet" period- [which is pretty funny that he mentioned a quiet period then proceeded to release news]
