I will agree with you there duke and seepalms that it is a misconception regarding shares issued equating to debt paid off so to speak. It is in the sense that shares were issued as a form of payment but does not become official until the filings states and shows they were indeed converted to a sale, at least that's how I understand it. I am definitely NOT saying that as of today they are debt free - not a chance at all of that being reality, especially with filings not current. I do believe all the notes we know about have been issued their shares and I guess that's our major disagreement. We'll all know for certain as time progresses. Docg
