Every one should always do there own DD and the notes are not hidden anywhere obscure . Most OTC plays have a dilution element to survive until conventional finance becomes available. the June note is the only one of concern right now so mentioning 2017 is moot right now for several reasons IMO

My point is this guy may actually get some finance that is not toxic, but only time will tell and lets give give him a chance before putting the knife in , this is not a play to have a huge position in until something changes full stop.
