The KALO 10Q seems to indicate wheels are still in motion but did give some evidence of time tables for finalizing or not.

Guinea within 6 months for closing with the financial institution and the Govt. of Guinea.

Ghana at any time and the Q stated the Chrispod Limited purchase order deal for the $21,753,801 component for KALO should resolve one way or the other by the end of this month.

New MOU was signed last month with the Govt. of Cameroon.

And Chad is still in the picture.

KALO is still receiving monies from a stockholder/officer and an affiliate.

I like the way the report read even with no deals finalized from a monetary standpoint to date. Hoping for a break soon particularly on the Ghana, Chrispod Limited, and the Guinea deals.

Here's an excerpt for Guinea in the report noting the financial institution.

The Government of Guinea has been looking into securing funding for the Kallo Integrated Delivery System ("KIDS") for US$ 200,000,925 and a financial institution has come to the stage of agreeing on the terms requested by the Government of Guinea based on their acceptable economic framework for such projects. We continue to be in contact with the newly appointed Minister of Health and expect to finalize the health strategy and implementation schedules between the financial institution and the Government of Guinea in the next 6 months. Once this process is complete, it would trigger the release of Kallo's down payment for the project initiation and production. There is no assurance that the down payment will ever be made to us.
