Here is another whine
or perhaps dumb question. They've been
talking with CAT for what, 9-10 years ?
Why wouldn't they go to MSOE and test
a pump that they'd be ready to implement,
like fairly soon. Yes I'd like to make money
on this financial equivalent of water boarding.
Most days it feels like we're being engineered/
Re- engineered into oblivion/ irrelevance
