EMI, I would be pleased to see Doug and others on the Board buying shares on the open market as the Directors and Officers of ACTG are doing. That's putting THEIR money where their mouths are, and acting on their statements. A company buys back shares when there is no other business need for excess cash on the books. This is not the case presently. Just IMHO.
