I do not see this as the bad news people are trying to make it out to be. Eric Fresh did not exactly set the world on fire and this guy has the profile required IMO. I am very critical of DNRG management and their performance but this is not bad news to me, it shows the old approach did not work and a new method was required, can hardly be any worse.
