Interesting. Again, the plan by the investment bankers has nothing to do with the current price per share or volume. The nice thing is the big boys cannot buy these shares, only the ones from the CMPO. This is like getting shares at insider prices (under $1-$3) when the company will basically open up on Nasdaq in 2016 trading over $5 a share.
What's not to like other than there's no short term flipping or volume satisfaction?
