That was a result of the oceana settlement .
We were not current in December , and haven't been since we saw the notes covert last summer . Jsj jmj typenex gel are all most likely still in the table until we become current.
This was a big topic of discussion last fall. Because the pom poms were toting how there was no new notes and we were debt free ! Laughable.
