Selling makes sense if one knows that PHOT will be issuing billion more shares to stay afloat.

They have never made money, and their financials hint at some pretty serious financial problems, high salaries, PHOT not paying their bills, and store closures.

Investors will make up their own mind, but the downside is pretty significant here.
