Last known convertible note ?!?! There were four or 5 notes still remaining when the company went dark on its filings last summer. Like the year prior those companies could not convert until the company became current , and that is likely still the case . And a few of those notes were not payable in cash , only in shares.
It's statements like these that cause the rift in this board.
