A tweezer top, is what it is.

And, my apology goes out to MisterEC for having missed such an obvious example of one.

As Steve Nison explains it on his site, a tweezer top is "When the same highs are tested on back-to-back sessions." He doesn't say so, but it's generally held that for a tweezer top or tweezer bottom reversal to appear, the top or bottom must be tested for four or more consecutive days.
