There are different meanings of being 'involved'.

While you seem to absolve some from the conspiracy aspect others see nonstop hero worship and vehement defending of an admitted fraudster as a reason to believe it was more than just a bad choice in stocks.

And it continued well after the two regulatory agencies told all investors of the fraud.

So maybe you can understand why it is hard to choke down the explanation of ....."gee, some just made a poor choice and we need to put our big boy pants on"...now that this turd went exactly where many said it was going to go from the beginning because the premise of profitable plastic to oil is a fallacy.
