Yes I read that too, The company supposedly takes deals like the Rontan deal to Money men to try to sell them on the deal, It could be anywhere from 1 -5 or more that the deal could be shopped to.

That supposedly takes their money out of a holding pattern to where they only need to pony up if they like a deal and when its ready to go

Really sounds like another form of toxic financing to me
