Well what defines "early stages". Knowing Ed, it could be a casual conversation with someone during a coffee break at a conference.

Unfortunately, long time shareholders have been through this before. According to Ed, we were "two weeks away" from Groundel funding for about 5 years. If I recall, the Chinese New Year held us a a few times.

At this point, I wouldn't count on anything stated in the 10Q. It is filled with trueisms. There is no contextual support for any of the statements. Early stages" is so vague that it could mean just about anything.
