All is talk about "no debt is better" "JN is a smart business man" "building long term value" is nonsense. Take a look at their balance sheet, they do not have a strong enough asset base to get cheap debt financing. Growth through dilution was and currently is JN's only option to make acquisitions. There is no long term value for commons here. Just ask the longs that have been here 3 years and are down 40% 50% or more...
