Hahahaha definitely not sue here... I have just been trying to nail the valuation ....

I'm an optimist on this til the end... I know a few guys in the board who will vouch for me that I am not sue....

All dilution due is take my year end down from 50x to something closer to 40x...

I'll take it and be happy either way...
