Its hard to justify based on wanting another pullback? This is news driven and with so many things happening in the not so distant future how could you not be in if you actually believe that what the government did was wrong? If any of the courts rule in our favor the PPS will move up quickly. I am not one that believes we will be at 30 overnight, I believe that wouldn't happen unless we released, relisted, recapitalized and show profits but I do think that this will pop when there is some good news from the first court that sees the truth.
