While I don't blame anyone for insider trading accusations...the first quarter results were not underwhelming. Pretty much what I expected. Yea they might have been a wee bit better due to the recall but let's face it...the reason for the stock getting hammered was the fear mongering with regards to preferred shares getting special treatment in the event of a reverse split.

While it is definitely a concern and needs to be addressed...stock manipulators ran with it hard.
