If that's all it takes we should be in the money. Very few pawn shops don't do well financially. If NECA owns this one outright after everything is officially signed, maybe then we might be able to see some daylight. Unless they are considering a reverse split which would change the share price dramatically, I don't see any way they can make the share price high enough for VFIN to do his thing. Just a thought.
