Sleuth, you just made my point I was trying to make regarding the numbers.

Accumulated deficit is not the same as "debt" and that is what I was trying to make clear. An operating deficit means they are spending more then they are taking in, which I know most here are aware. A lot of that deficit can be written off as a tax loss, and hence not actually be debt - as in REDG owes people money to the tune of, let's use your figures 14-15 million.

I read all the edgar documents, there is no doubt, and I don't think anyone here is laying claim that REDG is financially sound right now. They are absolutely in the hole. That being said, being in the hole with no revenues is vastly different than being in the hole with revenues (POWfolio, Zwagbox, Markiplier series).

But to just throw a number out and say it's debt without some details is no different than any of us throwing numbers for projected revenues without something to back it up. We would be slammed for not showing the proof.

I'm surprised you are backing that post slueth, only because you are one who does typically find things to back up your statements, which is very important to this board - for example the court documents on hoppel. That helps all of us be more informed. That post stating REDG is in DEBT" is pretty strong with absolutely nothing backing it up.

I am all for balance, without a doubt it is needed, but that was just a thrown out number. And I have countered his posts in the past with facts to back it up, which is why I asked to have some follow up to prove how he came up with that number because operating deficit is not the same as debt - any other business people out there can correct if I am way off on that one and I will duly apologize for the misinformation.

thanks sleuth, with respect, docg
