Fraud is fraud, but there's no proof of fraud by TALK. On top of that there is no proof of another company committing that same fraud.

How can TALK be fraudulent if there's no proof TALK committed fraud?

Is TALK not innocent until proven guilty of any wrong doing?

To my knowledge there is no issue with TALK and I would appreciate some fact if there is one.
