First of all I was really suprised that the "attorneys"that Paul seems to hold so dear allowed him to release such pertinent news to a web based radio show with less than 1000 listeners - while holding the news from the rest of the investing public. Quite strange to me.


Also seems like there is no compelling reason to hold the stock in the near term- I mean 1-2 years to complete financials and have complete transparency and file form 10 with a possible shareholder meeting later this year [ no promises!] doesn't really scream buy buy buy!!!!.


I think a test of .02 is more likely near term but "ya never know in pennyland"


Maybe check back this fall and see what progress has been made.
