Yet that is your pessimistic view on all OTC stocks. My view is trade them, but do not marry them. When they issue more shares, this can be a great opportunity. The VCs are greedy and do not just want 70% profit on their money. They will pump it for maximum profits. I am also an optimist and believe most OTC companies want to grow. The SEC has already eliminated most of the scams already. You do not see many more OTC stocks being halted from trading anymore like you did a couple years ago.
