Udate on Suspension

I called and talked to Steffan Dalsgaard who is the Investor Relations contact for NERG. I asked Steffan what the suspension was for and he stated there were two reason the SEC suspended Nerg and the first was that they wanted proof from NERG that the offer to buy the company was a unsolicited and legitimate offer and second that NERG owns the patent for the IGOR tool. Steffan assured me that it is and they do and I asked Steffan if the deal is still on the table and he said that it was and that they are waiting for the paperwork and that the suspension would not stop the sale.
