April 5,2016: SEC Admin Law Judge Initial Decision to revoke ETHS registration: "It is ORDERED that, under Section 12(j) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the registrations of each class of registered securities of Elsinore Capital II, Ltd., EPS Solutions Corp., and Free DA Connection Systems, Inc. (a/k/a Free DA Connection Services, Inc., a/k/a
Earthshine International Ltd.), are hereby REVOKED."

The SEC A.L.J. Initial Decision will become a Final Decision imminently.
