A) For starters they have a successful, rapidly growing Biologics cGMP compliant dual award winning manufacturing business which one can hardly call a 'scam' but is a real achievement with 3rd party income.

B) They have Bavituximab and its current growing recognitions with MSK, NCCN and AstraZeneca of which I would also think doesn't really sound like scam-grade but rather like 'having the goods'.

In the end it boils all down to BoD composition and the 3 vs 1 situation in there and the impossibility to break it open. ES will never allow +2 unless one of both is in his pocket. But the chances that ES know someone with the biotech reputation that we expect and that is also is ES's pocket is ZERO! So you can add ONE and you must be certain it doesn't become a LEAK because strategically the BoD is the WORST place to have leaks. The other one should then be someone like Brekken, Garnick or Birge. But some may want to stay neutral. Brekken and Garnick have disclosed that they have PPHM shares so no problem there.
