Very proud of you as a shareholder for asking questions. This is our responsibility. Some people sit back and just let these things happen without even voicing concern. I 100% agree on the salary being too high. Certainly $175k is way above average pay for a company underwater. And on top of that a bonus? Cmon now...seems like they need to come up with a product to stop the addiction of money IMO
