Shared equity arrangements with other investors (e.g. venture capitalists), are not limited to pink sheet stocks.
So I'm suggesting a friendly amendment to your point. Current number of shares, or potential number of shares.
If we remove the superfluous "pink-sheet" and "different forms of equity" qualifiers, we're left with decreasing the potential price per share by increasing the number of shareholders.
To me, that is a reasonable discussion topic (sans inflammatory labels).
That said, I'm unlikely to participate in a discussion about that topic if it focuses on hypothetical what-ifs.
