Yes, even with potential dilution. Look at the filings with previous registrations and dumping. The PPS always spikes at the end of the dumping. We are now in that zone and believe we are seeing the beginning of that now. Even at full AS of 450MM the PPS can still make dramatic moves - there are issues with billions in the float and they still make large percentage moves. A couple high volume days can easily push this considerably higher. Look at the filings and match it up to the charts. It's actually pretty consistent. Tomorrow is the day to load but feel it's heading higher after that.
