Oops. My bad. The $2.5 million is not a promissory note. It's $2.5 million in shares. No doubt they've already moved that many shares during the recent pump and dumps and IMT is a done deal. Should be interesting to see what the inclusion of IMT revenue in the 10-Q does for the day traders. If it gets up to $0.15 it'll be a good short play.
