Rigss IS a con man. Bernie Ebbers was a con man, Bernie Madoff was a con man, Kenneth Lay, Jeff Skilling and on and on ... were con men. That is NOT BELIEF, that is fact.

You seem to be bound up with belief and absent facts. After seeing no progress with the company and much too late for me, I never did that again. You can tell that Riggs is lying if you just read (or listen) to what is and is NOT said!
I did a lot of background with the actual people who were there. What they said was not what Riggs says. Those people are all gone. Only lying Riggs is left.

I am belligerent with CON MEN like Riggs- too bad most people are not. They are just sheep when these crooks emerge. He should be in prison! Yet he keeps on sucking the victims in with the Con Man ability to tell a good story, even though it is pure fantasy.
