Hey Stowe, not trying to put you on the spot but let's see the Q a D Shareholders Letter on RXSF and seriously let the plan role out. I understand you are bothered by the compensation but I think when all is said and done she will take care of here Shareholders long before she considers herself(it's worthless paper). Ask yourself this one question, if Lorraine takes RXSF to the Nasdaq thru NYSE Investment banker, wouldn't she be worth that compensation? Yet the compensation payment is basically sitting around as worthless paper until she decides to sell a few shares. IF she sells any!!
As I said, not knocking your concerns, you've been a solid long, but let's see the offerings first.
PS How many OTC companies can you name that have successfully landed interviews with Wallstreet bankers let alone land deals thru them? How many OTCs can you name that successfully Up List to a National Exchange? How many OTCs lock shares up for a year? Finally how many request controlled leak out when utilizing the garbage Convertible debt. (Here's my favor, how many OTCs actually have products, lol?)
