Encore: I still don't think we know what has really become of Encore Medical Staffing.
They are still listed as a foreign entity doing business in SC, but organized in NV.
However, NV says that their license expired in NV on 04-30-16. So, at this point, we don't know for sure what has become of Encore. It is possible, IMO, that they could have been adsorbed into the new SHOM and are not a free standing company. Just because he did not "shut it down" in SC doesn't mean that it is now operating as his own company. You could keep it listed just to maintain the name.
Until we see definitive proof, EVERYBODY is GUESSING about SHOM. That is fine, we just need to be honest about it and stop making statements of fact when they cannot be substantiated.
