K_Dog Back when I contacted Quicksilver Stock Transfer LLC in Las Vegas and inquired about VELA they responded that they were no longer VELA's agent and that VELA was "out of business". I posted that and you said that I was lying. What's changed?

Personally I don't think that VELA is out of business - not yet anyway. However, I have been unable to ascertain who the transfer agent is in order to try to get a current OS number which I believe is a critical piece of information to know.
