He is not bashing the company buddy. He is just looking for answers, just as I am. He and myself have been around for a while - hell, I even remember streaming the Clark county hearings from my office and remember the panic sell when the connection went out. You say he won't split, but you have no idea what his plan is or isn't...right? Look, I can deal with everything else a startup goes through, but allowing Commons to take a hit and preferred to gain in value at the same time does not sit with me.

I just want answers....I picked up 100k or so on the dip Friday to flip like the others here, but my position will not be much greater than that or held long term until I get more info on this issue.

Maybe we are missing something here, but until it is proven otherwise I just can't trust it as an investment. Maybe somebody will hear back....
