I think Lockwood still hangs on for a couple reasons not getting MTVX is dead, Covey screwed him over, and stole the v $20K, along with the Cerner, Lottery, and other investor money:

1) Lockwood is the 3rd brother of dumb and dumber. LOCKWOOD IS DUMBEST!

2) LOCKWOOD and Covey had a "thing". Lockwood still carries a torch for Covey and will continue to stand at the altar holding the bag waiting for Covey to return.

3) Lockwood was the original part of the FROZ/MTVX scam but instead of dumping his shares during the initial 03 cent run up, he got played by Covey, Schissler and crew to hold because they didn't trust him to not dump all at once. So Lockwood ended up with worthless shares and is trying to somehow breath life into a rotting corpse to get his money.

4) Lockwood has been declared brain damaged from shooting himself in the head to many times when running his flooring business. Lockwood now stays at a special needs home collecting SSI and the only thing he does all day long is stare at the MTVX board on the computer while eating ring dings and cheerios.
