Bad guy- I must say, I was once bullish and long on Trtc. Just like you. But those preferred b shares ( I hate to eat crow, but modest was right- it's in the filing) and now the suspicious insider dumping around the time of the 420 recalls, have totally changed my mind frame around this company. Too much shady chit going on now. I wouldn't be surprised if the S.E. C. comes knocking here. At the least, the timing around the insider selling and recalls warrant a look into. I'm strictly looking to flip this now. No more holding "core positions" for me.
Btw- I'm sure you're aware Derek Peterson changed his name a few years back ? Real name- Derek oppidisano
