Stan, don't despair yet. I have a contact in China and a contact in Hong Kong. There are others on this board who can find ways to find what CMMobile is doing in China, Hong Kong, etc. Ask any contact you may find to ask HK CMMobile Sales, "How do I know this will work? How many Subscribers does CMMobile have? Is VELA or CMMobile on the HK or China Stock Exchange?
Their Business Plan calls for penetration into other countries. Let's get to work and find out what CMMobile are telling customers in Hong Kong and China. They could be holding Cash in HK and/or China. It is not taxable here until they bring it back. That may be why they have apparently stopped sales in US.
I found out only about 3 months ago you can take your Cell Phone into China if you buy Sim Cards. CMMobile is supposed to have a better product that is Cheaper and doesn't require a pocketful of Sim Crads. If VELA has 500,000+ Subs they are making money and 4.8 billion shares to offset Ironridge @ $0.0004 is $2mm, which is pocket change.
Hang in there Tobin may yet be vindicated. Trump is going to work on bringing some $3T back into US. That may effect our man George.
