Honestly JP I know you have been here for a while, I respect your opinion and please if I over looked something please let me know. This moved before when Eric bought those shares on open market and i believe he plans on either a take over or buy out.

I did look up BK's and hedge funds buying common shares to find out exactly what this means. I am not trying to mislead anyone. I would also like to hear your thoughts on this like I say I am not an expert I just tried putting a puzzle together.

I know that Eric would not buy common shares to lose. Tepper is backing him in his own hedge fund early next year. The man has worked in distressed co's and BK's they can be tricky and I assume he knows what hes doing. The conference also brought up the fact the money it would cost to buy them would be 2 billion and the co would be clean no debt. Like I say I am open to your thoughts on this and maybe you can help me put this together if something is missing. Are you still holding here?
