I..will be filing a..complaint with the SEC and taking possible legal action against TRTC.

They did not share the material information that IVXX was recalled due to poor quality during Q1. Then many principles in the company sold shares before this news was made public. So the insiders traded on inside information. Since the release of the information the share price has been cut almost in half.

I think a class action would be the way to go. Anybody know any good lawyers for this?
