Have you read through everything? Have you researched Eric and what an impact he will have on this? The debt was unsecured and was minimal the judge was amazed the lenders didn't work it out because they would have been better off working with them. I went through everything they are having a meeting in June the recording should be in a past post. I do plan on taking profits and keeping a few shares this is not anywhere as complex as most other BK's.
