You really have no clue about securities law do you? LMAO

So at least now, we don't have a fear of being de-listed or have a suspension of trade placed on us by the SEC. You may not be happy about the NO BID, but I'm sure you and the other investors would really be upset if we got de-listed with NO chance of trading again. That's what we were facing.
