Well I'm glad that the vote of confidence is so high here. I will be assembling a new board, and continue to develop and market the software that 3D Eye had in the works already. We acquired ORT INC to enhance TDEY, and I even left and sold my position in order to increase the shareholders value. I'm back only because I did not want to see us de-listed, and everyone hurt. Good, bad or the ugly, but if the trading is halted, then NO one can trade and get out. Like it or not, but we're here in it together. I will see that the filings get caught up, and I've re instated out SEC attorney Simon Kogan, and we will get current ASAP. I'm surprised that all of you didn't even notice that Doug Bruford, the TDEY attorney of record is NOT and even an SEC attorney?????? Anyway, I'm here and I will fix this.
