On somewhat of a positive note, Management should get wind of our displeasure over the upcoming Proxy vote that by the way does not allow us, the common share holders to vote on....

They have the opportunity to vote NO to the increase in shares and suggest an alternative.

They have the opportunity to vote NO to the R/S as its written now and amend it to show ALL shareholders will be treated equally in the R/S.

They have an opportunity to show that they truly have all shareholder interest in mind.

They could call and stop the S-3 aka 75 million dilution that is taking place now IMHO....... only 50 million to go.....see you at .05 IMHO look fo

You're talking about possibilities, not facts. Hype, not reality. What really matters is what will happen, not all of the possibilities. Right now, TRTC has traded very high volume down to a new low and slightly rebounded. ClayTrader would classify these new lows of today as strong levels of support.
