Thanks I just read it. I recall the detail now but I must have mentally blocked it out from my first read after CC. As good as Fowler may be as a surgeon/advisor. he really sucks at his involvement in running this company. It takes quite a set to make the argument that essentially "all our problems are because the FDA changed the rules". Especially since Titan had an inside track on the FDA as expert advisors!!!

Their actions demonstrate complete fiduciary negligence. With all this information in their hands, it is inconceivable that they took the financing options that they did earlier this year (2 and 3 months ago). What the hell were they possibly thinking? The answer is whatever they felt like.
