What he told several people in the past month or two is that he would put out the numbers once the shares were issued for acquisitions. Any shares issued for that would be restricted. We can tell by just how thin the stock is at these prices there is a huge amount not in the float so were going to find out here shortly hopefully he did an acquisition because all those shares would be restricted.
