In the 8-K they filed yesterday, they state that they have already approved a resolution to put the 1 for 15 reverse split to a vote of shareholders. Later in the text, it also says that they feel that they have enough shares owned inside the management of the company to make a majority and complete the vote without holding a special shareholder meeting that we would get invited to. Sounds to me like its a done deal. The only remaining question is when will they execute it.
