ref, looks like the Boeing agreement is largely to spell out the terms re an RFP (request for proposal) anticipated from Autometrics current or expected client list. Remember the earlier references to "federal intelligence agencies" re Boeing-A. The language here confirms the MOA relates to security products/services. I guess that dispels the "vending machine contract" spec some bashers raised lol.

It appears the three signed agreements (the "contract" a 4th?)all are unique in marketing intent. IMO nets have been thrown wide. We'll see.

got my original wish- that the 10K include the MOAs.
